1. User Eligibility
The LMS is available to individuals who register for courses as students or as authors to sell their courses.
Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any individual at its discretion.
2. Purpose of LMS
The LMS provides access to educational content across various domains, including but not limited to:
Finance, stock market, and investment courses.
Forex trading courses (strictly for educational purposes; Forex trading is illegal in Nepal).
Technology, business, self-development, arts, science, and other educational subjects.
Study materials, e-books, and interactive learning sessions.
A platform for authors to create, upload, and sell their courses.
Any additional services or features added to the LMS by the Company.
Disclaimer: Forex trading is illegal in Nepal. The courses are strictly educational, and users must not engage in actual trading from Nepal.
3. Subscription & Fees
Users must pay applicable course fees as specified on the website.
Authors set their course prices and agree to revenue-sharing terms with the Company.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the Company.
Fees are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
4. Payment & Access
Payments must be made only through the official payment gateways listed on the website.
Payments made to any third party or unofficial account will not be considered valid.
Upon successful payment, users will receive access to purchased courses for the specified duration.
Authors will receive their earnings after deductions for platform fees, taxes, and any applicable charges.
5. Author Responsibilities
Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their course content.
The Company is not liable for any misleading, inaccurate, or inappropriate content provided by authors.
Authors must ensure their courses comply with applicable laws and do not violate intellectual property rights.
The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Users should not assume that all courses and content are created by Sikinchha Academy. All courses are developed by independent authors, and if any mistakes or misinformation are present in a course, the author is solely liable. Sikinchha Academy functions only as a platform or marketplace.
6. Content Usage & Intellectual Property
All content uploaded by authors remains their intellectual property, but the Company is granted a license to distribute it on the LMS.
Users shall not:
Share, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any course content without permission.
Sell, lease, or commercially distribute any course material outside the platform.
Modify, copy, or repurpose the course content for unauthorized use.
Grant third-party access to the LMS or its content.
Liability for Breach: Any unauthorized use of content will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
7. Privacy & Data Security
User data is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Non-sensitive data may be collected to improve services and user experience.
8. Disclaimers & No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee financial profits or successful outcomes from course participation or course sales.
The effectiveness of learning depends on the user's effort and external market conditions.
The Company does not endorse or encourage illegal trading activities.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of content provided by authors.
9. Limited Liability
The Company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of its courses or from transactions between authors and students.
The Company is not responsible for any claims or legal issues related to the content provided by authors.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Engage in unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of LMS content.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass LMS security measures.
Engage in Forex trading from Nepal, as it is legally prohibited.
Upload or sell courses containing false, misleading, or illegal information.
11. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to terminate access in case of a violation of these terms.
No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to misconduct.
12. Amendments & Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified via email or website updates.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
Any disputes shall be settled through Nepalese legal procedures.
